Diffuse cerebral oedema is seen showing extensive diffusion restriction involving bilateral cerebral hemispheres including basal ganglia, thalami, corpus callosum and possibly corticospinal tracts. Mass effect is seen with compression of bilateral lateral and third ventricles.
Few microhemorrhages are seen in subcortical white matter of right frontal, left parietooccipital lobes and in right parietal periventricular white matter.
Diffusion was repeated due to some motion artifacts.
