Extensive fluid collectiions in the FHL sheath from the muscle belly down to the crossing with the FDL tendon (knot of Henry) at the sole of the foot. There is also osteochondritis dissecans of the talus with loose bodies or synovial osteochondromatosis of the ankle joint.
