Blood pressure 250/210. Hyperaldosteronism.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

6 mm mass at the lateral crus of the right adrenal with signal loss on the opposed-phase gradient echo images.

Case Discussion

Adrenal cortical adenomas (aldosteronomas) are found in about two thirds of patients with Conn syndrome. They are often quite small.
