Axial non-enhanced CT scan shows a right-sided subgaleal hematoma.

Bone window shows well defined left frontal-ethmoid osteoma extending into left frontal sinus. Fluid density at left frontal, maxillary and sphenoid sinus.

Case Discussion

Paranasal sinus osteoma is usually an incidental finding. Most common in frontal sinuses followed by ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. May cause sinusitis.
