>12 months of cough and audible wheeze. "Normal" chest radiograph.

Subtle but definite left lower lobe collapse best seen on lateral as increased density over the lower thoracic vertebral bodies

Complete left lower lobe collapse (chronic) with hyperinflation of left upper lobe (ie increased lucency) and mass lesion in left lower lobe bronchial lumen extending into the left main bronchus.
