Presentation

Road traffic accident. Shooting pain in left arm, with involuntary movements

Patient Data

Age: 23
Gender: Male

Pseudomeningocele is seen adjacent to left C6 nerve root with laxity of medial cord of brachial plexus. Brachial plexus avulsion injury was suggested.

Case Discussion

Patient was operated and findings were confirmed intra-operatively. However, patient could not improved after surgery.
