Left breast mass, mediastinal lymphadenopathy and features of lymphangitis carcinomatosis.
In addition scattered bony metastatic lesions are seen in dorsal vertebrae.
Case Discussion
Lymphangitis carcinomatosis is a common association with breast carcinoma.
