What classification system is used for radial head fractures?
Mason classification (type I = undisplaced; type II = displaced; type III = severely comminuted).
How will type II fractures such as this one usually be treated?
This will probably require open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF).
There is a mildly displaced intra-articular fracture of the radial head, with a ~2mm articular step-off. Joint effusion noted.
