Presentation

History of trauma 1 month ago followed by scalp swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 9 months
Gender: Male

A thin fracture of the right posterior parietal bone associated with large overlying sub-galeal collection of heterogeneously iso-dense attenuation is seen at the right parieto-occipital region measuring about 8.5 x 2 cm along its maximum AP x TS diameters.
