What grade would you give this acromioclavicular joint injury?
Grade III - there is widening of the joint and elevation of the distal clavicle compared to the acromion.
Multiple views of the left shoulder as well as a single non weight bearing AP comparison view of the right acromioclavicular joint have been obtained.
No fracture is identified. The left acromioclavicular joint is disrupted, with elevation of the clavicle with respect to the acromion. Coracoclavicular distance is also increased. Features are those of a left grade III acromioclavicular joint injury.
