Anteroposterior chest radiograph shows double density of right hemidiaphragm. A rounded curvilinear structure (white arrow) is projected above the true right hemidiaphragm (black arrow). This rounded curvilinear structure appears to be of fat density.
Lateral chest radiograph shows three curvilinear densities. Blue arrow points to the right hemidiaphragm, red arrow points to the left hemidiaphragm and black arrow points to a third curvilinear structure projected above and silhouetting the posterior right hemidiaphragm.
