Previous hysterectomy or tubal ligation, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, tubal malignancy.
What ultrasound features might help to distinguish this entity from other cystic pelvic lesions?
Elongated appearance, incomplete septations, thickened longitudinal folds.
Left hydrosalpinx with post hysterectomy status. The right ovary and uterus are absent.
