Left parietal abnormal thickening of grey matter (polymicrogyria) with extension in left corona radiata and centrum semiovale forming a grey matter tract seen extending from the cortex to the subependymal surface of the body of left lateral ventricle. This mostly represents closed-lip schizencephaly.
Bilateral temporoparietal areas of abnormal thickening of grey matter, mostly representing polymicrogyria.
