Horseshoe kidney with functioning renal parenchyma at the isthmus. Three renal arteries are identified. The origin of the right renal artery is at the level of L1. Three individual arteries originate from the anterior abdominal aorta at the L2/L3 level. They include an accessory renal artery to the isthmus of the horseshoe kidney, the inferior mesenteric artery and the left renal artery. Normal configuration of the inferior cava which received two renal veins from the right and left side of the horseshoe kidney.
