Presentation

6 months of intermittent fever and hematemesis.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Centrilobular infiltrate in all 3 lobes of right lung, with areas or confluence (consolidation).

Dilated esophagus associated with a laparoscopic band, implying that it is too tight.

Incidental complex cyst in right kidney, at least a Bosniak 3.
