Presentation

Complaining of increasing pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Erosive arthropathy involving both hands. Multiple erosions are seen involving the proximal interphalangeal joints bilaterally. Erosions in the metacarpophalangeal joints. The radiocarpal joint bilaterally shows secondary degenerative changes and joint space reduction.
