The left liver lobe is very small, probably due to segmental cirrhosis, and contains dilated peripheral bile ducts with irregular beaded configuration.
MRCP shows a moderate stricture of the left hepatic duct at the bifurcation.
Mild diffuse CBD dilatation, physiological for postcholecystectomy status.
Mild free ascites around the liver.
Right renal simple epithelial cysts.
