Mid sagittal view shows the morphological findings of Chiari II malformation including, tectal beaking (red), corpus callosum dysgenesis (orange), large massa intermedia (yellow), absence of fastigium (green), low-lying tentorium/torcular (blue), vermian ectopia (purple).

Axial view shows heart-shaped midbrain (a worthy Valentine gift). The apex of the heart corresponds to the tectal beak on the sagittal view.

Axial view shows a funnel-shaped foramen magnum with notching of the opisthion (red arrow). There is crowding of the foramen magnum by vermian ectopia indicated by the purple arrows.
