Presentation

Discharge from a single duct of the breast. Diagnostic workup.

Ultrasound confirms the solid hypoechoic lesion seen inside the duct. The duct is running superiorly to the left toward the nipple.

Case Discussion

In some cases of intraductal papilloma you can actually see the duct if you look carefully enough. This confirms the location if seen.
