Presentation

PV bleeding. Previous hysterectomy for benign disease.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female
mri

Axial and sagittal T2WI demonstrate an intermediate signal intensity mass arising from the left vaginal fornix. The mass is hypointense on axial T1WI. Hysterectomy noted (performed in the past for benign disease).

Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma arising from the vagina.
