CT-scan shows multiple cortical-subcortical hypodensities in both hemispheres. In the opercular frontal and parietal region, some of these hypodensities contain hyperdense foci, compatible with haemorrhage. The patient was known for renal cell carcinoma and this is a typical example of hemorrhagic metastases.
