Presentation

A known case of non autoimmune Hydrops come with respiratory distress.

Patient Data

Age: 5 m/o
Gender: Male
x-ray

Opacity in the right hemithorax consistent with massive pleural effusion with collapse of underlying lung and mediastinal shift.
Mild pleural effusion is seen in left side.
There is no active infiltration in left lung .
