MRI shows a very subtle right temporal lesion, iso-intense on T1, slightly hyperintense on T2 & FLAIR. After gadolinium administration, there is a slight enhancement of the lesion. It is well delineated. The most probable diagnosis in this case in ganglioglioma. DNET is a less probable hypothesis.
