Pelvic haemolymphocele

Presentation

Post radical prostocystectomy. Significant pain ? haemocele, lymphocele. Planning CT for drainage.

Patient Data

Gender: Male
ct

Surgical collection arising in the pelvic side walls bilaterally of moderate size extending anterior to bladder and anterior to psoas muscle.

Mixed high attenuation within the collection suggest lymphatic fluid in addition to hematoma.
