T1 coronal showing region of hyperintense signal around the proximal and middle phalanges with hypoinstensity on fat saturated sequence indicating this is a fat containing lesion. No bony invasion therefore macrodystrophia lipomatosa is not a differential diagnosis.
Features typical of lipoma although this is not a common location for a lipoma.
