Presentation

Soccer - minor trauma. Mechanism not given. Decreased range of motion

Patient Data

Age: 24
Gender: Male

Small osseous fragemt adjacent to medial femoral condyl can be avulsion fracture or dystrophic calcification from previous trauma.

There is no cortication of this fragment therefere it is not an old osseous fragment.

Large joint effusion in the context of trauma is likely to be a hemarthrosis.
