Right foot

• Subluxation at the second metatarsalphalangeal joint

• Dislocations at the 3rd-5th metatarsalphalangeal joints

• Marginal erosions at the 2nd-5th metatarsalphalangeal joints, worse at the fifth

• Ankylosis at the second and third proximal interphalangeal joints

• Scattered erosions at the remaining interphalangeal joints

• Erosion is also noted at the medial aspect of the first tarsometatarsal joint

• Midfoot alignment appears preserved

Left foot

• Subluxation at the second metatarsalphalangeal joint

• Dislocations at the 3rd-5th metatarsalphalangeal joints

• Marginal erosions at the 2nd-5th metatarsalphalangeal joints, as well as the first and fifth interphalangeal joints

• Erosion is also noted at the medial aspect of the first tarsometatarsal joint
