Right sided anterior abdominal wall swelling - few years. c/o local pain - few days. on examination - local redness. clinical diagnosis - infected sebaceous cyst.

Well-defined hypoechoic lesion is noted in subcutaneous plane of right mid anterior abdominal wall. Size is 28 x 22 x 14 mm. Lesion is hypoechoic with few tiny cystic spaces.
No calcification is noted. Perilesional irregular area is noted ( about 10 x 5 mm ) on caudal side. Echogenic fat is noted surrouning cyst.
No flow is noted in the lesion. Increased perilesional flow is noted.
