At the level of the body of the pubis, inferior to the pubic crest and lateral to the pubic symphysis, ossification of the proximal insertion of the right tendon of the adductor longus muscle is evident. There is also osteoarthritis of the left hip with narrowing of the joint space, intra-articular loose bodies, bone changes with bone spurs, and a subcapital fracture of the femoral head.
