A diverticulum in the sigmoid colon measuring 37x38 mm, with thickened walls, surrounding fat infiltration, strong enhancement, and an indistinct border with the bladder wall. MPR reconstructed images with magnification and oblique views show a fistula tract from the sigmoid colon diverticulum into the posterior bladder dome area - deviated to the left. There is a fluid-air level within the bladder.
