Ultrasound - Case 7 - 13 yr old female
Moderate volume heterogeneous fluid containing echoes in Morrison's pouch. Small volume anechoic free fluid in the pelvis above and along side the bladder.
CT demonstrated a grade 3 splenic injury that was treated conservatively.
