Headache after falling off of a horse and being kicked by it on the head.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female

An open skull fracture (right frontal bone, indicated by intracranial air) and accompanying small subdural hemorrhage adjacent to the fracture. 

Case Discussion

This case shows an open skull fracture (right frontal bone, indicated by intracranial air) and accompanying small subdural hemorrhage adjacent to the fracture. Control scan after 8 hours showed no change.
