Partially delineated mass in the anterior mediastinum with regular margins and bulging the left upper mediastinal contour.

Solid enhancing mass in the anterior mediastinum partially involving the aortic arch and some supra-aortic branches. 

Case Discussion

This is a good case to practice the approach for anterior mediastinal masses differentials. Feedback from the referring team confirmed it to represent thymoma

Thymoma is the most common anterior mediastinal tumor in adults, usually detected between the sixth and seventh decades of life, and most are asymptomatic.
