Abscess at base of scrotum drained, now fistula ? origin

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Male
mri

Fistulous tract from the low anterior anal canal just above the anal verge (well below puborectalis) to the base of the scrotum. There is associated skin thickening and enhancement due to inflammation, but no distinct abscess.
