Known case of hyperthyroidism.

Gender: Male

There are frank proptosis and extraocular orbital muscle enlargement with insertion sparing.

Case Discussion

Features suggest thyroid associated orbitopathy, the most common cause of proptosis in adults and most frequently associated with Graves disease.
