The lacerations of the right kidney appear as linear or wedge-shaped opacification defects, which traverse through renal parenchyma not involving a collecting system at the upper pole without perirenal haematoma.
A small hyperdense area/contrast blush is seen at the upper pole likely representing a small intra-arterial aneurysm. Right-sided hydronephroureter is also appreciated.
A hyperdense area is noted in the dependent part of the urinary bladder. Doppler USG shows no internal flow likely suggestive of clot formation.
Foley's bulb is seen in situ.
An oval-shaped, hypodense lesion is seen involving right-sided adrenal gland representing a haematoma.
Slightly displaced fractures are noted involving right-sided, 10th and 11th ribs.
Consolidation with air-bronchogram is seen in right lower lobe.
