Hepatic parenchymal laceration and fluid accumulation are seen in the central and left intersegmental fissure, extending into the right subhepatic and paracolic spaces.
A percutaneous drain catheter is inserted within the fluid accumulation.

Regarding patient history, features on CT images are compatible with post-traumatic biloma.
