Colonic diverticulae and early filling of the urinary bladder with thin fistulous track demonstrated. and then a large volume of barium within the urinary bladder, giving almost a lateral cystogram image.
Case Discussion
A colovesical fistulae is well illustrated with the extensive diverticular disease giving the clue to the almost certain cause.
