Presentation

Repetitive vomiting and abdominal distention

Patient Data

Age: 4 months
Gender: Male

Barium filled sac like appearance that lies entirely within the duodenum. A small amount of barium passes into the distal duodenum and proximal jejunum.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with the duodenal windsock sign in a patient with a congenital duodenal web.
