Small star-shaped pattern in the cholelithiasis permits a vacuo phenomenon of nitrogen gas. Gall bladder diameter and wall thickness are normal . No evidence of fat stranding around the gall bladder.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with Mercedes Benz sign which is describes the appearance of the triradiate collection of nitrogen gas in the gall bladder stones.
