Osteoarthritic changes of the elbow joint and a small bony spur projecting anteromedially from the humeral metadiaphysis towards the direction of the elbow joint.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with supracondylar spur. An anatomical variant which should not be mistaken for an osteochondroma.
