Complaints of abdominal pain - 2 - 3 days

Patient Data

Age: 17 yrs
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Appendix is noted in the left iliac fossa which is normal. No large bowel noted in right iliac fossa. 

Inverse relationship of superior mesenteric artery and vein.
