There is a transverse fracture of the clavicle, but more impressive is the complete slip of the humeral epiphysis - a rather astonishing Salter-Harris type I injury.
Case Discussion
One of the most impressive Salter-Harris type I injuries I've seen. Complete slip of the humeral epiphysis following trauma - and accompanied by a transverse fracture of the clavicle.
