What are the common sites for breast cancer to metastasize to?
Although breast cancer is notorious for metastasizing to just about anywhere (including obscure places like the intra-ocular muscles) it most common goes to; axillary lymph nodes, lungs, bones and liver.
Huge left breast mass - ulcerated/fungating and invading the pectoralis muscles.
Large collateral vessel supplying the tumour coming off the left internal mammary artery.
