Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia - on MRI

Bilateral femoral metadiaphyseal intramedullary eccenteric lesions, these lesions exhibit low signal in T1 and bright signal in T2/STIR. No cortical destruction, pathological fracture or periosteal elevation. No soft tissue extension.
Case Discussion
Features consistent of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. (Histologically proven)
The case reported that she had endocrinal abnormalities in form of disturbed menstrual cycle. On examination she had few cafe au lait spots over her thighs.
