Classify the stages of pulmonary sarcoidosis
Stage I : lymph node involvement only, classical 1,2,3 sign refers to enlarged right paratracheal, right and left hilar lymph nodes. Stage II : lymph node as well as interstitial pulmonary changes. Stage III : pulmonary interstitial changes and disappearance of lymph nodes.
Bilateral many apical ground glass opacity with reticulonodular infiltration, honey combing, traction bronchiectasis and cystic changes and apical bullae. Multiple prevascular, preaortic, subcarinal and bilateral hilar enlarged lymph nodes are noted. The pulmonary trunk and its branches are dilated.
Diagnosis: Pulmonary sarcoidosis (Stage II) complicated by cor pulmonale (Clinical and imaging features)
