Multiple hypodense focal liver lesions suggestive of secondary infiltration and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Presence of mesenteric free air and fluid surrounding the sigmoid colon. Stomach distension, intestine and colon contain liquid.
Thickening of the rectosigmoid, most likely due to a colorectal tumor.
Pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenal glands of normal appearance.
Case Discussion
Signs suggestive of bowel perforation with intra-abdominal air. The appearances of the liver and para-aortic regions, are in keeping with a tumoral perforation.
