Venous angioma, cavernoma, venous varix, dural sinus thrombosis and sturge weber syndrome.
An anomalous vein is seen arising from the left frontal cortex and directed medially to drain into the velar vein and then to great cerebral vein. The vein is best visualized by SWI sequence.
