Right frontotemporal irregularly shaped heterogeneous mass surrounded by a large area of perifocal oedema and exerting positive mass effect in form of subfalcine herniation. The mass displayed mild peripheral restricted diffusion suggesting tumorous oedema and heterogeneous mainly peripheral enhancement.
