Proximal ulnar metadiaphyseal expansile lesion that extends to the epiphysis. This lesion displays multiple cysts with fluid/fluid level denoting different ages blood products.
Case Discussion
Diagnosis: aneurysmal bone cyst.
Differential diagnosis includes fibrous dysplasia, telangiectatic osteosarcoma, giant cell tumor and brown tumor of hyperparathyroidism.
